1General Terms & Conditions

Rollover (Wagering Requirement): Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the rollover has been met.

• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus — the bonus will be forfeited upon expiry
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Certain games may contribute partially or not at all toward rollover calculations
• The maximum bet per wager using bonus balance is BDT 500 (or as specified in the applicable terms)
• For referral bonuses, the bonus will be credited only after the referred person makes their first deposit

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on BigWinBet:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• When making a deposit via mobile banking or bank transfer, you must include the correct reference number

Withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–72 business hours
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the event of suspicious transactions
• In compliance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, BigWinBet may verify any transaction.

BigWinBet only accepts payments made through methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

5Gaming Rules and Account Conduct

The following code of conduct must be observed while playing on the BigWinBet platform:

• Using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit any system error or bug is strictly prohibited; if you encounter such an issue, please notify support immediately
• Using offensive language or making threats toward other players in chat or any other communication channel is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of BigWinBet's support team shall be final.

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, BigWinBet reserves the right to void that round and refund all wagers placed.

6Account Closure, Suspension and Termination

BigWinBet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If you register using false or incomplete information
• If multiple accounts are created
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected
• If money laundering or any illegal activity is suspected
• By regulatory directive or legal requirement
• If a member submits a request to close their own account

If an account is closed, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded — though exceptions may apply in cases under investigation.

Members may request to close their account at any time. The account will be closed within 24–48 hours of the request being submitted.

7Limitation of Liability

BigWinBet is not liable for the following:

• Game or betting losses resulting from disconnection or technical issues
• If your account security is compromised due to your own negligence
• Delays or issues arising from third-party payment services
• Personal, psychological, or financial harm resulting from gaming

BigWinBet makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption. However, brief disruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

8Privacy and Data Protection
